Live in a Great Place

Just take a drive down State Street towards Eagle, venture up Harrison Boulevard into the North End. Maybe travel west on Chinden into Meridian, east on Parkcenter Blvd towards Bown Crossing, or south on Maple Grove past Victory. We live in a place of diversity, which creates a sense of community and makes the Treasure Valley an interesting place to live.

Why Avimor?

Picture this. Your workday was non-stop, crisis management, and endless meetings. You’d put out a dozen fires at your desk before you had to face the rush-hour and finally head for home. Then, a short drive north of Eagle on Hwy 55 you take a deep breath for the first time. A wide open Idaho blue sky crowns the foothills and mountains tops beyond. You begin a winding drive through the sheltering canyon ahead, unwinding your day as the road takes you home to Avimor.

Avimor Community Center

A broad selection of home styles mirrors the ages and stages of Avimor residents. Something for young families, working and career building, and for those residents retired or about to be. Sidewalks meander through the village with dog walkers, strollers and kids on bikes. Trails beckon, parks and tennis courts await. In the heart of the village, a 12,000 square foot community center with a full fitness room, heated indoor-outdoor pool and a library annex, meeting rooms and catering kitchen bustles with activity.

Avimor’s Library

Chances are you won’t see a “Quiet Please” sign posted in the Avimor Library in the Community Center because it is a pretty quiet place to begin with. A cozy fireplace, a comfy couch and chairs beckon to you settle in with a good book from a large selection of current best sellers, non-fiction, mysteries and classics. Then again, you can gather a bunch of rowdy fans to watch football games on the big screen TV. The Library also serves as a convenient meeting place for community club groups or small business meetings. Our Avimor Library annex partners with the Ada County Library System with a self-service computer system in the Library. We work with the Hidden Springs Branch just down the road to stock books, DVD and music CDs. Avimor kids of all ages are special; so is the extensive selection of books from toddlers to teens to fill book bags with good reading for quiet times.
